About Me
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. Fitness has always been a part of my life, but it really took hold entering college. What began as a vanity project soon became something much deeper. For the last 10 years, my fitness journey has inspired me to help others improve their lives through the realm of health and wellness.
I am originally from Plymouth (MA) and attended Bryant University where I earned a Bachelors Degree in Finance. I soon realized that industry nor the office life was for me. I moved to Dorchester shortly after college and have been there for the past 7 years. In that time, I have also been bartending at a local Italian restaurant, Tavolo, a couple times a week.
I truly believe the mental edge you gain from consistent exercise is much more powerful than the physical one.
Everyone can find some sort of movement that suits them and I promise to help you find it.
My approach is simple: to find a consistent routine that fits with your current lifestyle. You do not have to overhaul your life to improve it. Incremental changes can lead to monumental gains.

I also train clients at Connected through Strength and REVAMP, two Dorchester-based gyms. Both offer various training packages as well as classes.
I teach a bootcamp class at 11am on Saturdays at Connected through Strength in Savin Hill. Come by for a quick 30 minute workout and get to know me.
